A warranty-returned center support bearing seldom arrives with a seized ball bearing. Open the box and you usually find a bearing that still spins smoothly, sitting inside a rubber ring that is split, swollen, or separated from its steel s...
A workshop takes in a 2011 BMW 535i with a complaint that has already survived two wheel balances and one wheel bearing replacement: a low, hollow drone that appears at roughly 45 mph, fades above 60 mph, and never changes when the engine ...

A 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class arrives with two complaints that sound unrelated: the steering wheel shivers at idle, and the front end clunks over broken pavement. The first comes from a collapsed engine mount sitting under an oil leak. The ...
A technician orders a carrier bearing for a BMW X5 E53 and opens a box that contains a small rubber-and-steel bracket with a bearing pressed inside. He expected something that looked like a wheel hub. The order was correct, the part was co...
A repair order that says only "replace bushings" cannot tell a parts counter which number to pull. On a BMW E46 front lower control arm, the front position typically carries a solid rubber press-fit bushing, while the rear position on E39 ...
How Suspension Bushings and Strut Mounts Affect Vehicle Ride and Handling Every chassis relies on a small set of rubber-to-metal components to keep control arms, subframes, and struts working together without transmitting harshness into th...
The Overlooked Components Behind Every Precise Turn When a car starts to feel vague through a corner, most owners look first at tires and wheel alignment. Yet a large share of steering complaints trace back to two parts that rarely get ins...
A worn strut mount rarely announces itself with a single obvious symptom. Instead, it shows up as a faint knock over speed bumps, a slightly looser feel through the steering wheel, or a noise that only appears when the front wheels are tur...
How Suspension Bushings Function in Daily Driving Every control arm, sway bar link, and subframe mount on a modern vehicle relies on a bushing to separate metal from metal. These small rubber or hydraulic components absorb road shock, damp...
According to its usage location, it can be divided into seven categories: engine series, drive device, control device, front and rear suspension, vehicle body, exhaust system, and other systems. Its main function is to absorb and reflect th...
The BMW chassis system consists of three main parts: lateral (steering), longitudinal (braking), and vertical (suspension), which are coordinated and controlled by the SAM module. At the same time, the ICM system optimizes and collaborates ...
Anhui Lianjun Rubber Technology Co., LTD. is one of China's focused Custom Automotive Replacement Transmission Mount Manufacturers for Mercedes-Benz and BMW driveline NVH applications. From our 13,000 m² facility in Ningguo, Anhui, we develop and produce replacement transmission mounts that combine tuned rubber damping, steel-to-rubber bonding and OE cross-referenced fitment.
Our transmission mount range is part of a broader chassis NVH program of nearly 1,000 specifications covering engine mounts, suspension bushings, strut mounts, flex discs and driveshaft support bearings. This category concentrates on the mount that locates and isolates the transmission, supporting powertrain alignment while reducing vibration, shift-induced movement and road noise transfer.
We organize the replacement transmission mount range into two OEM-focused groups: MERCEDES-BENZ Transmission Mount and BMW Transmission Mount. Each group carries the part geometry, bracket form and bonding layout required by the original application, while allowing production customization in compound tuning, color and packaging where required.
Covers passenger car, light commercial and bus applications across W201/W124/W126, W202/W210, W203/W204/W211/W212, W140/W220, Sprinter, Vito and T1. OE cross-references include 1242400618, 2022400418, 2122400418, 2202400518 and 6382420113.
Covers E36/E46/E34/E39/E32/E38, E60/E61/E63/E64, F20/F21/F30/F31/F80, F01/F02/F03/F04/F10/F18 and selected MINI models. OE cross-references include 24701138427, 22316796617, 22316761093 and 22326775916.
Transmission mounts work under combined axial, shear and torsional loads. We configure the rubber compound and insert geometry for the service conditions of each platform rather than treating all mounts as a single hardness level.
We also evaluate adjacent driveline parts where necessary. A transmission mount paired with a worn engine mount or flex disc can produce different NVH behavior than the same part in a healthy chassis system, so our application review includes related component compatibility where the project scope requires it.

To prepare a suitable manufacturing proposal, we work from the following project inputs:
Once the fitment is confirmed, we define the applicable tooling, material specification and pre-production sampling plan before quotation.
Our Ningguo production operation follows the quality management discipline established under ISO9001 and IATF16949. For transmission mounts, control points include:
Free samples are available for qualified projects, allowing fitment and quality visibility before a production commitment.
Our technical team supports selection and application confirmation throughout the sourcing cycle. Because transmission mounts work together with engine mounts, flex discs and support bearings, we can review adjacent parts in the same chassis NVH system to avoid mismatched stiffness or premature wear.
We provide pre-sales to after-sales service, with export packaging and delivery coordination aligned to the confirmed order scope.
We supply replacement transmission mounts for Mercedes-Benz and BMW platforms, including W201/W124/W126, W202/W210, W203/W204/W211/W212, W140/W220, Sprinter, Vito and T1, plus BMW E36/E46/E34/E39/E32/E38, E60/E61/E63/E64, F20/F21/F30/F31/F80 and F01/F02/F03/F04/F10/F18 applications.
Yes. OE number is the preferred starting point for confirmation. We also use chassis code, transmission type and vehicle production period to verify the correct part configuration.
Free samples are available for qualified projects. This supports fitment checking and quality visibility before a production commitment is made.
We use the OE number or reference sample, target annual volume, transmission type, packaging requirement and the requested quality documentation scope to prepare the proposal.
We can align compound tuning, color, packaging and inspection documentation around the production requirement after tooling and part number confirmation.
