A warranty-returned center support bearing seldom arrives with a seized ball bearing. Open the box and you usually find a bearing that still spins smoothly, sitting inside a rubber ring that is split, swollen, or separated from its steel shell. That single detail explains most of the failures reported on Mercedes-Benz...
A workshop takes in a 2011 BMW 535i with a complaint that has already survived two wheel balances and one wheel bearing replacement: a low, hollow drone that appears at roughly 45 mph, fades above 60 mph, and never changes when the engine is revved in neutral. The part responsible is bolted to the floor pan, costs les...

A 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class arrives with two complaints that sound unrelated: the steering wheel shivers at idle, and the front end clunks over broken pavement. The first comes from a collapsed engine mount sitting under an oil leak. The second comes from a control arm bushing whose rubber has separated from its stee...
A technician orders a carrier bearing for a BMW X5 E53 and opens a box that contains a small rubber-and-steel bracket with a bearing pressed inside. He expected something that looked like a wheel hub. The order was correct, the part was correct, but the name on the invoice did not match the picture in his head. The sh...
A repair order that says only "replace bushings" cannot tell a parts counter which number to pull. On a BMW E46 front lower control arm, the front position typically carries a solid rubber press-fit bushing, while the rear position on E39 and E38 arms often uses a hydraulic bushing with an internal fluid chamber. Same...
How Suspension Bushings and Strut Mounts Affect Vehicle Ride and Handling Every chassis relies on a small set of rubber-to-metal components to keep control arms, subframes, and struts working together without transmitting harshness into the cabin. When these parts wear out, the symptoms rarely look like a suspension p...
The Overlooked Components Behind Every Precise Turn When a car starts to feel vague through a corner, most owners look first at tires and wheel alignment. Yet a large share of steering complaints trace back to two parts that rarely get inspected on their own: the strut mounts at the top of the front suspension and the...
A worn strut mount rarely announces itself with a single obvious symptom. Instead, it shows up as a faint knock over speed bumps, a slightly looser feel through the steering wheel, or a noise that only appears when the front wheels are turned close to full lock. Because the part sits at the top of the suspension tower...
How Suspension Bushings Function in Daily Driving Every control arm, sway bar link, and subframe mount on a modern vehicle relies on a bushing to separate metal from metal. These small rubber or hydraulic components absorb road shock, dampen vibration, and allow the suspension to move through its full range of travel ...
According to its usage location, it can be divided into seven categories: engine series, drive device, control device, front and rear suspension, vehicle body, exhaust system, and other systems. Its main function is to absorb and reflect the vibration energy generated by the vibration source, and to prevent resonance e...
The BMW chassis system consists of three main parts: lateral (steering), longitudinal (braking), and vertical (suspension), which are coordinated and controlled by the SAM module. At the same time, the ICM system optimizes and collaborates with the dynamic driving system. The following are detailed information for each ...
Anhui Lianjun Rubber Technology Co., LTD. designs and manufactures OE-matched suspension bushings from our 13,000 m² production facility in Ningguo City, Anhui Province, China. This Suspension Bushings For Other Vehicle Models range supports Ford, Opel/Vauxhall, Saab, Hyundai, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Porsche and other platforms where a replacement or custom bushing is required outside our dedicated Mercedes-Benz and BMW programs.
Our bushings for other vehicle models cover the chassis positions that experience the highest radial, axial and torsional loads. We supply thick-walled and thin-bar profiles, cylindrical and flanged leaf spring bushings, control arm and trailing arm bushings, subframe mounts, rear differential mounts and anti-roll bar bushings. Each part is developed around the OE interface so the replacement maintains the intended suspension geometry and NVH behaviour.
Thick-walled trailer arm, leaf spring mounting, metal flange press-fit, high-aspect-ratio control arm, small cone control arm and stabilizer bar bushings.
Control arm, trailing arm, hub carrier, subframe and rubber mount bushings for Vectra, Astra, Combo, Kadett and Saab 9-3 / 9-5 series applications.
Upper and lower control arm bushings plus engine mount bushings for H1/Starex and H100 suspension systems.
Front suspension arm, rear subframe, differential mount and anti-roll bar bushings for A3, A4, A6, A8, Q7, Golf, Polo, Passat, Fabia, Octavia, Touareg, Cayenne and Panamera applications.
Lianjun Rubber focuses on Bushing production as part of a wider NVH rubber damper program. That means the same development logic used for our Mercedes-Benz and BMW chassis parts is applied to other vehicle models: match the OE mounting interface, preserve the bond between rubber and metal insert, and control the bushing profile for targeted stiffness in each load direction.
Most projects start with the vehicle platform and OE reference number. Our team cross-references the OE interface against existing tooling or prepares a new mold configuration. The table below shows representative coverage from the current range.
| Application family | Typical bushing type | Representative OE references |
|---|---|---|
| Ford light truck / van | Trailer arm, leaf spring, control arm, stabilizer bar | 92VB18016AB, 95VB5781AA, 92VB5719AA, 92VB3069AA |
| Opel / Vauxhall / Saab | Control arm, trailing arm, hub carrier, subframe | 0352348, 0423121, 90468638, 90498740 |
| Hyundai H1 / H100 | Control arm, lower arm, engine mount bushing | 54449-4B000, 54522-4B000, 21813-4A001 |
| Audi / VW / Skoda / Porsche | Suspension arm, subframe, differential, anti-roll bar | 4D040718, 8K0505185E, 7L0412333A, 7L0525337A |
For non-catalog or low-volume requirements, we work from OE samples, OEM part numbers, technical drawings or measured dimensional data. The R&D center supports mold development, rubber formulation adjustment and prototype verification. Free samples are provided so the part can be inspected and test-fitted before a production order is confirmed.
Our related chassis programs include Strut Mount and Engine Mount products, which can be supplied with bushings for suspension-level NVH packages.
We prepare a bushing proposal from the following project inputs. Supplying as much of this information as possible shortens the quotation and tooling assessment.
From pre-sales selection through production and after-sales, we maintain the same order path for domestic and export customers. Lianjun Rubber provides low-MOQ options, on-time delivery and export packaging for markets including the Middle East and Europe.
Our dedicated Mercedes-Benz and BMW programs are the core of the NVH range, but this bushing category includes Ford, Opel/Vauxhall, Saab, Hyundai, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Porsche and other vehicle models.
Yes. The OE number is the fastest reference point. We cross-check it against existing tooling, or we evaluate a new mold and sample program when the part is not already in the range.
We provide free samples for dimensional and fitment checks. The production batch is then released under the same ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality controls used across the factory.
We support low-MOQ projects and free sample evaluation. The final MOQ depends on the bushing configuration, tooling condition and packaging requirements.
Packaging, labeling and carton configuration are reviewed during quotation so the supply scope matches your distribution or service-channel requirements.
