A warranty-returned center support bearing seldom arrives with a seized ball bearing. Open the box and you usually find a bearing that still spins smoothly, sitting inside a rubber ring that is split, swollen, or separated from its steel s...
A workshop takes in a 2011 BMW 535i with a complaint that has already survived two wheel balances and one wheel bearing replacement: a low, hollow drone that appears at roughly 45 mph, fades above 60 mph, and never changes when the engine ...

A 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class arrives with two complaints that sound unrelated: the steering wheel shivers at idle, and the front end clunks over broken pavement. The first comes from a collapsed engine mount sitting under an oil leak. The ...
A technician orders a carrier bearing for a BMW X5 E53 and opens a box that contains a small rubber-and-steel bracket with a bearing pressed inside. He expected something that looked like a wheel hub. The order was correct, the part was co...
A repair order that says only "replace bushings" cannot tell a parts counter which number to pull. On a BMW E46 front lower control arm, the front position typically carries a solid rubber press-fit bushing, while the rear position on E39 ...
How Suspension Bushings and Strut Mounts Affect Vehicle Ride and Handling Every chassis relies on a small set of rubber-to-metal components to keep control arms, subframes, and struts working together without transmitting harshness into th...
The Overlooked Components Behind Every Precise Turn When a car starts to feel vague through a corner, most owners look first at tires and wheel alignment. Yet a large share of steering complaints trace back to two parts that rarely get ins...
A worn strut mount rarely announces itself with a single obvious symptom. Instead, it shows up as a faint knock over speed bumps, a slightly looser feel through the steering wheel, or a noise that only appears when the front wheels are tur...
How Suspension Bushings Function in Daily Driving Every control arm, sway bar link, and subframe mount on a modern vehicle relies on a bushing to separate metal from metal. These small rubber or hydraulic components absorb road shock, damp...

The BMW chassis system consists of three main parts: lateral (steering), longitudinal (braking), and vertical (suspension), which are coordinated and controlled by the SAM module. At the same time, the ICM system optimizes and collaborates ...
Anhui Lianjun Rubber Technology Co., LTD. is a China-based rubber technology manufacturer focused on noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) damper elements for Mercedes-Benz and BMW chassis systems. Our driveshaft flex disc program supports flexible couplings, guibo discs, vibration dampers and installation kits used between the transmission, intermediate shaft and differential.
As Custom Automotive Driveshaft Flex Disc Kits Manufacturers, we supply aftermarket distributors, importers and technical buyers with OEM-referenced part numbers, complete kit configurations and custom coupling plates for nonstandard driveline requirements.
We group the driveshaft flex disc range by vehicle coverage and kit scope. This makes it easier to confirm the correct replacement part from OE number, model series or chassis code.
| Product Range | Typical Vehicle Coverage | Representative OE References | Configuration Scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mercedes-Benz Driveshaft Flex Disc | 190E, W201, W124, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SL, W210, W140 | 1244100615, 1244110015, 2024101115, 2104110415, 1234100015 | Disc only, vibration damper or complete bolt/nut kit |
| BMW Driveshaft Flex Disc | 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, X5, Z4 and related driveline variants | 26111225624, 26117511454, 26111227410, 32311115090, 26117512619 | Guibo disc, torque buffer, vibration isolation disc |
| Custom Universal Driveshaft Coupling Plate Factory | Porsche Cayenne/997, Audi A3/TT, Volkswagen 4Motion, Jaguar XF, Lexus GS/LS/SC | 7L0521403, 0521307, 5Q0521127, 7D0521127, 37511-24010 | Custom coupling plate, flex joint, transaxle isolator |
Most kit references can be supplied as a single disc or as a complete assembly with fasteners, depending on installation requirements.
A driveshaft flex disc transmits engine torque while absorbing torsional shock, driveline shudder and minor angular deflection. It is a wear component that works with the center support bearing, transmission mount and differential bushings to maintain smooth power delivery and cabin refinement.
We verify the flange bolt circle, sleeve bore, disc thickness and torque range before quoting a replacement or custom configuration.
Our flex disc production uses engineered rubber compounds selected for dynamic shear, heat aging, oil exposure and ozone resistance. Cord reinforcement transfers torsional load, while the metal bushings or sleeve inserts maintain consistent clamping under repeated torque cycles.
The Ningguo facility covers 13,000 square meters and supports mold development, compounding and batch production for driveshaft coupling series. We hold nearly 1,000 specification records across engine mounts, bushings, strut mounts, transmission mounts and driveline supports, giving us the tooling and material references to handle both current and older chassis applications.
We operate under ISO9001-certified quality management and apply automotive rubber part control disciplines to flex disc production. Before shipment, each reference can be checked against OE cross-data, surface condition, sleeve fit and fastener compatibility.
We use the following project data to prepare a suitable flex disc configuration and quotation:
Flex discs should be installed with clean flange faces, correct fastener torque and no preload from a misaligned driveline. Worn discs often show as take-off shudder, driveline clunk or visible rubber cracking around the bushings.
What vehicles can you supply driveshaft flex disc kits for?
We cover Mercedes-Benz and BMW applications as core lines, plus coupling plates for other models including Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar and Lexus. OE numbers and chassis codes are used to confirm exact fitment.
Do you provide complete kits or only the rubber disc?
Both options are available. We can supply the flex disc alone, a vibration damper version, or a complete kit with bolts and nuts according to the OE service configuration.
Can you produce a custom flex disc if no OE number is available?
Yes. Our R&D team can develop a coupling plate from a drawing, physical sample or dimensional data covering PCD, sleeve bore, thickness and torque requirements.
How do you confirm fitment before shipment?
We check the requested OE reference against our specification record and confirm dimensions, insert configuration and kit contents for the target vehicle platform.
Can I receive a free sample before placing a stock order?
We support free sampling for confirmed enquiries so that distributors and technical teams can validate material, fitment and packaging before committing to batch volumes.
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
The OE number or vehicle chassis is the fastest route to a proposal. We also use required kit scope, annual quantity and any target-market certification or packaging requirements to refine the quotation.
