A warranty-returned center support bearing seldom arrives with a seized ball bearing. Open the box and you usually find a bearing that still spins smoothly, sitting inside a rubber ring that is split, swollen, or separated from its steel s...
A workshop takes in a 2011 BMW 535i with a complaint that has already survived two wheel balances and one wheel bearing replacement: a low, hollow drone that appears at roughly 45 mph, fades above 60 mph, and never changes when the engine ...

A 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class arrives with two complaints that sound unrelated: the steering wheel shivers at idle, and the front end clunks over broken pavement. The first comes from a collapsed engine mount sitting under an oil leak. The ...
A technician orders a carrier bearing for a BMW X5 E53 and opens a box that contains a small rubber-and-steel bracket with a bearing pressed inside. He expected something that looked like a wheel hub. The order was correct, the part was co...
A repair order that says only "replace bushings" cannot tell a parts counter which number to pull. On a BMW E46 front lower control arm, the front position typically carries a solid rubber press-fit bushing, while the rear position on E39 ...
How Suspension Bushings and Strut Mounts Affect Vehicle Ride and Handling Every chassis relies on a small set of rubber-to-metal components to keep control arms, subframes, and struts working together without transmitting harshness into th...
The Overlooked Components Behind Every Precise Turn When a car starts to feel vague through a corner, most owners look first at tires and wheel alignment. Yet a large share of steering complaints trace back to two parts that rarely get ins...
A worn strut mount rarely announces itself with a single obvious symptom. Instead, it shows up as a faint knock over speed bumps, a slightly looser feel through the steering wheel, or a noise that only appears when the front wheels are tur...
How Suspension Bushings Function in Daily Driving Every control arm, sway bar link, and subframe mount on a modern vehicle relies on a bushing to separate metal from metal. These small rubber or hydraulic components absorb road shock, damp...

Anhui Lianjun Rubber Technology Co., LTD. is a China-based manufacturer of NVH rubber damper elements for Mercedes-Benz and BMW chassis systems. Our Suspension Rubber Buffer range covers suspension rubber buffers, bump stops and compression cushions matched to specific OE part numbers for S-Class, C-Class, CLK, E-Class, GLK, SLK and legacy W126/C126/S124 platforms.
The Ningguo production site covers 13,000 square meters and supports nearly 1,000 product specifications across engine mounts, strut mounts, bushings, transmission mounts, driveshaft supports and suspension buffers. That allows us to support a complete chassis service package under one Products program, rather than treating the suspension buffer as a one-off replacement part.
We position the range around direct-replacement OE matching. Each buffer is developed for the specific compression travel, mounting profile and damper assembly of the target chassis. The following profiles are available within the category:
| Model code | Vehicle application | OE reference | Fitment note |
|---|---|---|---|
| LJ-032 | Mercedes-Benz S-Class W140 1991–1998, W220 1998–2005, W221 2005–2013 | 1403250184 | Compression stop for strut and damper assemblies |
| LJ-030 | Mercedes-Benz W140 S-Class S280–S600 / 300 SE, SEL, S320 1991–1999 | 1403250384 | Direct replacement for original bump stop profile |
| LJ-031 | W140 S-Class 1991–1998; C140 S-Class Coupe 1992–1999 | 1403250484 | Impact protection during full compression |
| LJ-029 | Mercedes-Benz 380SEC C126 | 1263210784 | Classic chassis buffer |
| LJ-028 | Mercedes-Benz W126 | 1263210984 | Front suspension bump stop cushion |
| LJ-073 | W126, C126, S124 | 1263211084 | Suspension buffer for axle compression control |

Suspension rubber buffers work as the final compression element between the damper, spring seat and chassis. Under heavy load, rough road input or full suspension travel, they absorb impact energy and prevent metal-to-metal contact that would otherwise damage the shock absorber, spring or top mount.
The selected rubber must withstand repeated compression, temperature variation, road chemicals and long static load without cracking or taking a permanent set. Our buffers use high-elasticity rubber formulated for wear resistance, compression recovery and aging resistance.
We confirm the following parameters when preparing a suspension buffer proposal:
We configure each order from the OE number, a sample part or a technical drawing. The R&D center supports customized services for different molds, allowing us to address non-standard combinations of profile, hardness and mounting detail when a standard OE cross-reference is not sufficient.
Production control focuses on dimensional fit, material consistency, molding integrity and part finish. Each item is managed by OE reference and internal model code, allowing traceability from raw material through final inspection. We provide free samples so procurement and engineering teams can verify form, hardness and installation fit before series delivery.
Our factory supports stable large-scale production and delivery capability. The 13,000-square-meter facility is organized for both high-volume OE-matched profiles and smaller customized batch requirements.
The buffer is designed as a direct replacement, meaning no modification is normally required during installation. It mounts into the damper rod, spring seat or retaining groove exactly as the original part. Replacement is appropriate when the existing buffer is cracked, collapsed, missing, swollen or shows permanent compression set.
For W220/W221 and C/CLK/E/GLK/SLK chassis work, we recommend inspecting related suspension bushings and strut mounts during the same service interval. Replacing the buffer together with worn companion parts helps restore consistent suspension travel and NVH behavior.
The following project inputs allow us to prepare an accurate configuration and quotation:
We support the project from pre-sales evaluation through manufacturing and after-sales service. Free samples are provided for visible quality and secure cooperation. Delivery planning is based on the agreed order quantity, production schedule and customs documentation required for each destination.
Our suspension buffer products sell in the domestic market and export to multiple countries and regions. The same quality and service approach is applied whether the order is a small evaluation batch or a continuing series supply program.
Which Mercedes-Benz models are covered by these suspension rubber buffers?
Our range covers Mercedes-Benz W140, C140, W220, W221, W126, C126, S124 and C/CLK/E/GLK/SLK applications. The correct item is confirmed from the vehicle OE number and axle position.
Can you supply according to OE number only?
Yes. We use the OE reference as the primary matching key and verify it against the vehicle application, sample or drawing where available.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
We provide free samples so you can evaluate part form, hardness, installation fit and finish before series delivery is arranged.
Are these buffers direct replacements?
Yes. They are developed as direct replacement parts that follow the original mounting profile and installation method without modification.
Can you support private labeling or customer-specific packing?
We include customer-specific branding, neutral packing and labeling requirements in the configuration and quotation. Details are confirmed before production.
What information do I need to provide for a proposal?
Provide the OE number, vehicle model, front or rear position, quantity and any packaging or document requirements. A sample or drawing is helpful for non-standard fitment confirmation.
