A warranty-returned center support bearing seldom arrives with a seized ball bearing. Open the box and you usually find a bearing that still spins smoothly, sitting inside a rubber ring that is split, swollen, or separated from its steel s...
A workshop takes in a 2011 BMW 535i with a complaint that has already survived two wheel balances and one wheel bearing replacement: a low, hollow drone that appears at roughly 45 mph, fades above 60 mph, and never changes when the engine ...

A 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class arrives with two complaints that sound unrelated: the steering wheel shivers at idle, and the front end clunks over broken pavement. The first comes from a collapsed engine mount sitting under an oil leak. The ...
A technician orders a carrier bearing for a BMW X5 E53 and opens a box that contains a small rubber-and-steel bracket with a bearing pressed inside. He expected something that looked like a wheel hub. The order was correct, the part was co...
A repair order that says only "replace bushings" cannot tell a parts counter which number to pull. On a BMW E46 front lower control arm, the front position typically carries a solid rubber press-fit bushing, while the rear position on E39 ...
How Suspension Bushings and Strut Mounts Affect Vehicle Ride and Handling Every chassis relies on a small set of rubber-to-metal components to keep control arms, subframes, and struts working together without transmitting harshness into th...
The Overlooked Components Behind Every Precise Turn When a car starts to feel vague through a corner, most owners look first at tires and wheel alignment. Yet a large share of steering complaints trace back to two parts that rarely get ins...
A worn strut mount rarely announces itself with a single obvious symptom. Instead, it shows up as a faint knock over speed bumps, a slightly looser feel through the steering wheel, or a noise that only appears when the front wheels are tur...
How Suspension Bushings Function in Daily Driving Every control arm, sway bar link, and subframe mount on a modern vehicle relies on a bushing to separate metal from metal. These small rubber or hydraulic components absorb road shock, damp...

The BMW chassis system consists of three main parts: lateral (steering), longitudinal (braking), and vertical (suspension), which are coordinated and controlled by the SAM module. At the same time, the ICM system optimizes and collaborates ...
Anhui Lianjun Rubber Technology Co., LTD. is a Custom Automotive Rubber Mounts and Buffers Manufacturers in China supplying NVH rubber damper elements for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VW and selected commercial vehicle chassis systems. Our range in this category covers suspension rubber damper pads, coil spring pads, exhaust silencer insulators, auxiliary spring buffers, bump stops, rear axle buffer stops and leaf spring buffers. We support replacement aftermarket distributors, workshops and fleet programs with OE-referenced part numbers and consistent batch production.
From our facility in Ningguo, Anhui, we focus on rubber-to-metal and rubber-to-plastic bonded chassis components. This product group complements our wider Bushing, Engine Mount, and Rubber Buffer For Suspension ranges, allowing a single part-number set for multi-line suspension and exhaust service kits.
These components operate at the contact points between spring, axle, body and exhaust structures. Their role is to isolate impact, reduce structure-borne noise, prevent direct metal contact and maintain alignment under cyclic load. In vehicle service, the replacement window is usually dictated by rubber compression set, cracks, debonding or chassis noise rather than complete component failure.
Our current LJ-series references cover immediate fitment and cross-reference applications for Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Chrysler/Dodge Sprinter and related platforms. Each listing carries OE reference numbers and, where relevant, compatible model ranges.
| Series | Typical Fitment | Function / Key Material |
|---|---|---|
| LJ-800 Suspension Rubber Damper Pad | Mercedes-Benz suspension | High-strength rubber with plastic supports; cushions vibration and impact |
| LJ-263 Rear Suspension Coil Spring Upper Rubber Pad Mount | VW Sharan/Syncro/4Motion 2003 | Wear-resistant, oil/aging-resistant rubber; prevents spring-to-body contact |
| LJ-145 Exhaust System Middle Silencer Holder Rubber Insulator | Mercedes-Benz S-Class W140, Sprinter, VW LT/Crafter | Heat and dynamic flex isolation for exhaust mounting |
| LJ-447 Auxiliary Spring Rubber Buffer | Mercedes-Benz Dodge Sprinter | Supplemental spring cushioning under higher axle load |
| LJ-448/LJ-561/LJ-562/LJ-563/LJ-571/LJ-572/LJ-573 | Mercedes Sprinter suspension and rear axle | Damping cushions, shock absorber bumper stops, buffer blocks and axle stops |
| LJ-287 Leaf Spring Rubber Buffer | Mercedes-Benz & VW | Leaf spring contact cushioning and noise isolation |
We select elastomer compounds for the load case and environment. Suspension pads and buffers require repeated compression, weather and oil exposure; exhaust insulators require heat resistance and long-term dynamic flex; coil spring pads require abrasion resistance where the spring terminates.
Material hardness, modulus and compression set are matched to the part application, not treated as a one-compound solution across all references. This matters for progressive bump stops and auxiliary spring buffers, where the component must remain compliant during light contact and firm at full stroke.
Our R&D center can support custom mold development for customers with a sample, drawing, original part number or defined load/deflection target. We then confirm material, insert bonding, surface finish, markings and packaging. Free samples are available for approved project discussions, allowing quality and fit verification before production commitment.
For standard replacement programs, we work from OE number and vehicle application data. For private-label or distribution programs, we can align part numbering, label format, carton marking and packing quantity with the customer's warehouse flow. Low MOQ is available for selected service parts and trial orders.
Our factory occupies 13,000 square meters in Ningguo, Anhui, with production molding and finishing capability supporting nearly 1,000 product specifications. The facility is structured for stable, repeat batch production rather than one-off machining. We control incoming elastomer and insert material, in-process molding conditions, trimming and final visual/dimensional confirmation for each release.
We have maintained ISO9001-based quality management since 2013 and continue to apply automotive supplier quality practices for product identification, traceability and inspection records. Every part is tied to an OE or internal reference before packing.
Our matched components are designed as direct replacement parts. When the OE reference and platform match, installation follows the original service procedure; no additional drilling, cutting or shimming is required. During receiving inspection, we recommend checking part number, rubber surface condition, bond edges and spring or mounting seat contact. In service, visual checks for cracking, permanent compression set, separation from the plastic/metal insert and loss of clamping tension are the usual replacement indicators.
With this information, we confirm the correct LJ reference or evaluate new tooling, material recommendation and production lead time.
We supply suspension rubber damper pads, coil spring upper pads, exhaust silencer holders, auxiliary spring buffers, suspension damping cushions, shock absorber bumper stops, rear axle buffer stops and leaf spring buffers. These are matched to Mercedes-Benz, VW, Chrysler/Dodge Sprinter and selected platform references.
Yes. Each listing is referenced to an original equipment number and, where applicable, multiple cross-reference numbers. This supports aftermarket sourcing without uncertain cross-fitment.
Yes. Our R&D team supports custom mold development from a sample, drawing or load/deflection requirement. We then provide material and configuration recommendations before sampling and production.
Yes. Free samples are provided for approved project discussions, allowing fit and quality verification before order commitment.
