This engine mount is the companion item to LJ-321, covering the opposite mounting position on the Sprinter 901–904 and VW LT II engine installation. Its four OE references — including Chrysler/Dodge variants 5104035AA and two suffixed Mercedes numbers — reflect the range of markets and specification levels these vehicles were produced for.

Additionally covering the Mercedes-Benz Vario heavy van series (B667/B670), this mount addresses a longer service life requirement than its lighter-duty Sprinter counterpart, with reinforced bonding between the rubber element and steel bracket to withstand the Vario's higher gross vehicle weights.
