Four OE references (eight including A-prefix variants) confirm the part's validity across the affected platforms without modification.
The SLK R170 application is notable: the compact roadster's transmission tunnel leaves limited clearance around the gearbox mount, making precise dimensional compliance especially important. A correctly-sized replacement mount eliminates the contact squeak and vibration that commonly develops in high-mileage SLK examples.
