Developed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz W221 S-Class (2005-2013) and its coupe version, the C216, this upper leaf spring/suspension bushing is suitable for a wide range of vehicles, from the S 300, S 350, and S 400 L Hybrid to the flagship S 600 and high-performance S 63/65 AMG. As the "dampening valve" of the upper suspension node in flagship models, this bushing bears the heavy responsibility of filtering high-frequency vibrations and protecting the air suspension brackets, making it a key component in maintaining the luxurious sound insulation standards of the S-Class.

Total thickness 80mm, inner diameter 14mm, outer diameters 60mm and 31mm respectively; total parameters 148060. The product employs three-layer composite damping technology, providing excellent vertical buffering and enhanced resistance to lateral shear forces within an 80mm thickness.

Addressing the high-frequency road noise sensitivity of the W221 series, this bushing effectively blocks noise transmission through a specific acoustic layer design. Its extra-long thickness of 80mm provides the suspension with extremely deep dynamic reserves, ensuring that the suspension will not experience hard impacts when fully loaded or encountering deep potholes. The high-grade rubber compound has excellent resistance to heat oxidation, extending its lifespan in high-temperature environments.
