This is a structurally reinforced leaf spring/suspension bushing designed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W210, S210) series, particularly suitable for the wagon version and models like the E 240 that are frequently driven fully loaded. Addressing the common issue of reduced support in the W210 chassis at high mileage, this bushing provides a more robust vertical restraint solution. It is a professional-grade reinforcement component for maintaining the solid chassis feedback of German executive vehicles.

Precise geometric dimensions of 50mm x 70mm x 20mm x 47mm. The product uses a thickened, high-pressure resistant rubber layer, which not only increases the buffer area but also achieves non-linear damping characteristics between the 50mm and 70mm span, ensuring stable buffer travel under various road conditions.

The reinforced bushing significantly improves the support stiffness when the vehicle traverses uneven road surfaces, effectively suppressing abnormal rear-end sway. Its superior shear resistance design locks the leaf spring/control arm position even during emergency braking that causes severe load transfer, thereby improving the intervention efficiency of the ABS and ESP systems.
