This vibration-damping leaf spring bushing is a core component for noise reduction in Mercedes-Benz SUVs and full-size chassis. It is widely used in Mercedes-Benz GL-Class (X164, X166), M-Class (W164, W166), and R-Class (W251), perfectly matching 4-matic all-wheel-drive models including the GL 320, GL 500, ML 350, and R 300, and is compatible with the Dodge Durango (WD). This bushing plays a crucial role in damping high-frequency resonances generated in these heavy-duty four-wheel-drive vehicles.

Core dimensions are 12mm x 60mm x 60mm x 50mm. The product features a specific energy release channel, maximizing the absorption of unwanted vibrations from the drivetrain and road surface within a 60mm outer diameter space.

Through specially formulated vibration-damping composite rubber, this bushing completely eliminates the chassis "humming" noise during heavy load starts or high-speed cruising in full-size SUVs. It maintains constant damping performance within a temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, preventing the bushing from hardening and becoming brittle in extreme weather conditions. After installation, it can significantly improve the NVH performance of R-Class commercial vehicles and GL-Class flagship SUVs, making the chassis feedback more refined and delicate, and effectively protecting the steering gear and expensive electronic sensors in the chassis from severe vibration interference.
