This hardened steel-rubber composite bushing is the "load-bearing core" of Mercedes-Benz's top-of-the-line luxury chassis. It is primarily compatible with the S-Class (W220), the top-of-the-line CL coupe (C215), and the SL sports car (R230). For heavy-duty models such as the S 600 or S 55 AMG, this bushing provides structural stability exceeding standards. It is a professional, heavy-duty solution for addressing chassis collapse and restoring body posture in large luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Total thickness up to 80mm, inner diameter 24mm, with dual outer diameters of 70mm and 34mm; total parameters 70*50. An internally embedded, hardened precision steel tube, and an external wrapping layer made of high-grade synthetic rubber, ensure superior stability under vertical loads.

The hardened steel core of this bushing ensures that the bushing center will never shift under high-pressure conditions, completely preventing chassis geometric misalignment caused by bushing deformation under pressure. Its 80mm thick rubber outer layer provides essential softness and cushioning for these flagship models, effectively suppressing vibrations transmitted from small stones on the road. It greatly enhances the W220 chassis's tolerance for various complex road conditions and is an indispensable quality component for a high-specification S-Class chassis.
