The BMW E46 3 Series X3 Z4 Trailing Arm Bush is a dedicated rear suspension trailing arm bushing for imported BMW E46, 3 Series, X3, and Z4 models. Installed at the hinge point between the rear trailing arm and subframe, it withstands combined torques from multiple directions during acceleration, braking, and cornering. Through the multi-directional deformation of the rubber elastomer, the product precisely constrains the rear wheel motion envelope, maintaining stable rear wheel camber and toe angles to prevent oversteer. It also effectively blocks the transmission of road vibrations to the vehicle body, reducing low-frequency noise inside the cabin. Utilizing an oil-resistant and low-temperature-resistant rubber compound, it can withstand the high temperatures and complex oil-contaminated environments of the rear suspension.

Precise Outer Diameter Fit: The 45.5mm outer diameter uses an interference fit design with the rear subframe mounting hole, ensuring the bushing will not experience axial movement or circumferential rotation after pressing.
Medium Length Design: The 57mm working length adapts to the axial space constraints of the rear trailing arm node, ensuring sufficient deformation of the rubber body without end interference.
Inner Hole Precision Guarantee: Precision molding with a 12mm inner diameter ensures a tight fit with the rear trailing arm mounting bolts, eliminating the risk of chassis noise caused by excessively large hole diameters.
Composite Rubber Material: Utilizing an oil-resistant, low-temperature-resistant, and anti-aging rubber formula, it adapts to the high-temperature and oily environment of the rear suspension area, which is close to the driveshaft and exhaust system.

Functional Dimensions: The LJ-729's elastic damping characteristics are specially tuned to provide both axial buffering and radial limiting functions at the rear trailing arm node, ensuring the rear wheel's trajectory remains controlled throughout its vertical travel. This prevents excessive camber angle deflection under heavy loads or sharp cornering conditions, maintaining neutral steering characteristics during cornering and effectively preventing the risk of oversteer and fishtailing. Durability: The product's rubber formula incorporates antioxidants and anti-aging agents, resisting ozone, UV rays, and grease corrosion, preventing premature cracking and hardening of the rubber body. Both the inner and outer metal frames are phosphated or galvanized, maintaining excellent rust resistance even under harsh conditions such as frequent mud and water erosion of the rear wheel arches. The integral vulcanized molded structure demonstrates stable performance in long-term torsional fatigue testing, with a failure life far exceeding the standard of ordinary commercially available replacement parts.
