The bushing's geometry is precisely set at 65mm (length) * 16mm (inner diameter) * 60mm (outer diameter). The product utilizes a vacuum vulcanization process combining high-strength steel and high-density natural rubber, ensuring that the internal molecular structure of the bushing effectively resists tearing stress during long-travel suspension movements.
Designed for the heavy weight and high torque characteristics of G-Class off-road vehicles, this bushing significantly improves the steering system's centering feel and feedback precision through optimized rubber damping coefficients.
