This high-durability metal-rubber control arm bushing is custom-designed for various powertrain versions of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W463). It is widely compatible with the G 320, G 500, G 63 AMG, and their special 6x6 versions, and is also suitable for the G-Class convertible. Addressing the heavy-duty torsional requirements of the W463 chassis, this bushing plays a crucial damping role at the control arm connection, aiming to restore the original chassis's solidity.
Its standardized physical dimensions are 40mm x 16mm x 47mm x 40mm. Utilizing the rigidity of the metal bracket and the elasticity of the custom rubber, through a scientifically designed stress distribution, it achieves extremely high axial and radial dynamic balance within a 40mm thickness.
The bushing's composite structure effectively buffers the torsional stress on the chassis during high torque output. In practical applications, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting the corrosive effects of engine oil, road salt, and moisture. High manufacturing tolerances ensure a tight fit during installation, completely eliminating the play noise generated by the steering wheel during braking, and allowing older vehicles to regain the firm driving feedback they had when they first left the factory.
