BMW MINI Suspension Lower Bracket Arm Rear Bracket Bushing
This high-end suspension lower bracket arm rear bracket bushing assembly is specifically designed for the BMW and MINI R60 (Countryman) and R61 (Paceman) chassis architectures. As a key load-bearing component of the vehicle's front axle suspension system, this assembly is located at the rear anchor point of the lower arm and is responsible for transmitting suspension power to the subframe and effectively controlling its movement. This assembly significantly suppresses longitudinal sway during suspension movement and corrects steering deviations caused by bushing aging by precisely pressing a specially formulated high-strain rubber compound into a high-strength three-point metal bracket seat. It is a core replacement part for resolving molding "squeaking" noises and enhancing the robust feel of mid-to-large-sized MINIs.

Right-Side Oriented Geometry: Designed specifically for the right-side mounting position of the vehicle structure, this non-cost-cutting design features precisely calculated angles and heights of its three support arms to ensure perfect alignment with the right-side mounting position.
Three-Point Bracket Mounting: The bracket body employs a unique three-legged design with three independent, thickened bolt holes forming a triangular support structure that effectively distributes the impact force from the laptop.
High-Standard Anti-Oxidation Process: Referring to the image, the metal bracket surface undergoes a color electrochemical process, supporting a unique metal substrate. This enhances corrosion and rust resistance while increasing the chemical stability of components under high loads.
Pre-Pressurized Sealing Structure: The bushings are pre-pressed into the bracket holes using specialized equipment before leaving the factory. The adhesive material bonds tightly to the metal shell, ensuring no gaps or voids occur during dynamic stress.
