The BMW MINI suspension system control arm and traction arm bushing assembly (shock absorber bushing) is a high-performance control arm/traction arm bushing assembly deeply customized for the BMW and MINI R60 (Countryman) and R61 (Paceman) molding platforms. As a key node in the suspension system, this component primarily connects the control arm to the vehicle subframe, supporting the moving parts and absorbing suspension shocks. Through a precision press-fit integrated process, a high-strength metal bracket is perfectly combined with a high-elasticity bushing, aiming to solve problems such as frame play, abnormal noises, and vague steering feedback. It is a core maintenance component supporting vehicle suspension height and reinforcing suspension feel.
Left-side directional design: A precise offset design is used for the **left** side mounting position of the vehicle structure, ensuring a seamless, zero-deviation mechanical connection between the bracket's mounting holes and the base.
Integrated overall structure: Referring to the physical characteristics shown in the image, the product uses a structure where a high-strength metal bracket and a strong bushing are pre-press-fitted, avoiding potential stress imbalances or damage that might occur when replacing the bushing separately at the repair shop.
