The BUSH is a split rubber suspension component engineered to interface between the control arm and vehicle chassis. It functions to absorb road-induced vibrations and maintain suspension geometry alignment. This component is designed for direct installation into existing mounting hardware without complete suspension disassembly.
Split Structure: The open-type design permits installation onto the control arm pin without requiring a press, reducing service time and tooling requirements.
Vibration Isolation: The rubber compound dampens oscillations between the control arm and chassis mounting points, decreasing noise transmission and structural fatigue.
Dimensional Specification: Manufactured to a 20mm internal diameter to match the corresponding control arm pin diameter and ensure proper interference fit.
Developed for Shanghai Volkswagen Santana 3000 and related Santana series vehicles, this bushing serves in the front suspension system. It maintains the control arm's pivot axis while accommodating the angular displacement required during wheel travel and steering input.
